Our client is currently looking for a Project Manager for a 6 month contract (+ extension) Paris, France

The Role:-
Implement Bank Treasury at a very prestigious bank - currently at the initiation stage
Job Description:-
Drafts the Project Initiation Document, in close co-operation with the Central Bank Treasury implementation team and local management. Establish a local Project organisation, including a local steering committee
Responsibilities:
"Drives the execution of the local implementation Project. Maintains the Project budget
Reports and escalates in a timely manner to the Central Bank Treasury implementation team and overall Telco program board"

What has to be realized? "Implementation of the Bank Treasury governance structure and organisation for the bank, for both first line and second line, in close co-operation with the Bank Treasury expert team..
Co-ordination of the implementation of processes and procedures, related to the
Telecom implementation in France (Liquidity and Funding, Investments and Risk Transfer processes).
Co-ordination of the implementation of IT systems and the on boarding of the execution and supporting processes at the Global Processing Centre"
Skills Required:-
General knowledge/experience:
University level education, preferably in economics or finance.
Knowledge of wholesale banking, Financial Markets products and processes as well as Risk Management"
Minimum of 6-8 years of project management experience in comparable environment
Technical knowledge/experience:
"Affinity with technical environment (application software development).
Having worked with Summit, Murex and Sophis is a bonus.
Very experienced with Microsoft Office"
Trained/certified in Prince 2 project management methodology
Languages: Must be fluent in speaking and writing in French and English.
