C++ Developers (f/m) in the financials area for Prague
Mandatory skills and experience (must-have)
- University degree in Information Technology, natural sciences, engineering or economics.
- Technical skills in one or more of the following domains are a valuable asset:
o 5 or more years of experience in the C++ development
o Experience with SQL/relational databases, especially Oracle
o Good knowledge of the Operating System UNIX/Linux RedHat
- The following inter-personal skills are essential
o Good communication and analytical skills
o Fluent in English is a must.
Additional skills in one or more of the following areas will be of advantage (nice-to-have)
o Experience with Perl
o Experience with J2EE/JSF
o Experience in large software development projects
o Experience in configuration management/versioning tools
o Knowledge of the financial or banking business
Task:
You will join a team of software engineers and work on our clients new application in the Clearing & Settlement area. You will take part in all phases of the development projects:
You will participate to the definition of functional specifications.
Design corresponding functional and technical solutions.
Implement software components (development and unit tests).
Support testers during acceptance tests.
Language: English (must-have) + German (nice-to-have) + Czech (nice-to-have)
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Start: July
Duration: till end of 2012. A contract extension is very likely as the project will continue!
Workload: Full time
