Description
A large, yet niche life and pensions provider, who are currently undertaking a major transformation programme throughout their organisation, require a customer focused Project Manager to work across the business to deliver a number of marketing initiatives.
The focus of the role will be maximising the penetration of existing products to new and current customers. As such, it is as much about process, systems and data as it is about marketing, although a financial services background, and particularly savings products, would be ideal. Other potential areas for involvement include new product launches, greater Internet/digital capability and offer diversification. Immediately credible, you will have managed projects from end to end, liaising with all manner of different functions and different levels within the organisation.
Consultative but ultimately decisive in your approach, you will need some marketing subject matter expertise for this role, which will be initially for 6 months. As an alternative to an experienced daily rate contractor, the client would also consider applications from individuals who have previously been permanently employed and want to work on a pro-rata salary basis.
