Customer Integration Manager - NL/FR/EN - process implementation

Our client is looking for a customer integration manager to set up an IT and operational integration between the customer and the client. This is for all products and opportunities within the express department.
- Advise the customer about the various technical possibilities on offer.
- End to end process of the new customer identification and the necessary quality checks to do at the start of the process.
- Preparation of the operational documents.
- Devise technical solutions to optimize processes, increase customer loyalty and provide excellent customer satisfaction.
- Give customer assistance needed for this setup.
- Creation of customized customer ICT integration & project management capabilities.
- Monitoring and project management of various customer integrations
- Increase data quality and reduce operational problems because of labels, barcodes, ...

End-to-end operational and IT integration with customers up with the following key aspects:
-Short implementation time to the customer ASAP on board, and ASAP revenue-generating.
- Understanding and maximizing the business needs of the customer.

The various tasks are:
- Relate technical specifications to the customer
- Determine operational specifications and help implement them.
- Operational and Technical support for the implementation (offer advice and answer questions, giving any developments directly to the customer)

Translating the requirements of the customer and determining the impact on our current system - functional parameters in the system may change.

Knowledge and experience in end to end process is very important.
Plus of experience in the following sectors:
- Operational sectors
- Logistics
- ICT with experience in business process

Requirements:
- Able to simplify work processes.
- Hands on (self-operational testing and process monitoring).
- Punctual and willing to work weekends to perform quality checks or process.
