Description
We have immediate openings for several REQUIREMENTS ANALYST/TEST COORDINATOR positions in Charlotte, NC. Candidates will be responsible for working with project teams to determine business requirements using Object Oriented methodology. Candidates will be expected to gain a detailed understanding of business processes, create business requirements, and translate those into functional specifications using UML and use cases. The analyst will also be responsible for tracing the requirements through testing using Quality Center.
Candidates MUST have solid, verifiable working experience with process definition and documentation, strong UML understanding/experience, requirements analysis and testing coordinator experience. Candidates will have experience using Enterprise Architect (or similar tool, Rational Rose), heavy Quality Center knowledge and be prepared to come up to speed quickly in a fast paced environment. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable interviewing using, conducting meetings and leading workshops. This is a contract opportunity for a minimum of one (1) year.
