Description
Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors for end users, and customers. Execute predefined workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion. Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
-Familiar with Active Directory,
-SSC/SMS Console,
-MCTS/MCITP certifications are a plus
-Requires a Bachelor's degree in/area of specialty
-1-3 years of experience in the IT field or in an IT related area.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT field. Relies on experience, judgment, and predefined Work Instructions to plan and accomplish goals and resolve issues. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of troubleshooting, creativity, and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
