Our award winning client is looking to recruit a contractor for the position of
EXCHANGE 2010 Specialist
Technical Skills and Experience Needed;
- Experience managing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange at the Enterprise and Domain Level for a multi-national company of 10,000+ seats (Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010, Outlook 2003 )
- Experience of supporting production environments enabling remote connection and usage of email services including OWA, Blackberry and Microsoft Windows ActiveSync devices.
- Must Have commercial DEMONSTRABLE SUPPORT Experience in a large environment
Personal Skills
- Proven ability to work within a support organisation to a formal support methodology
- Excellent technical documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively at both technical and management level. Ability to equate complex service issues to commercial reality
- Excellent relationship builder with well-developed influencing skills
- An excellent team player. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to translate business requirements into Service Delivery targets. A self starter.
- ITIL knowledge and qualifications (Foundation certificate minimum)
Additionally;
- There will be a requirement to cover extended day shift working to support change activities
- There will a requirement to provide out of hours on call support on a rota as required to maintain the Service (ie Major Production Incidents).
