Excellent opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor!

My client, one of the leading companies within the transport sector, is looking for help and support on the last stretch of a bidding project. They have an assignment which roughly 3 and half months in length and the role itself is to assist the team with all the due diligence on all of the people aspects of the bid.

The people plan for the franchise for which they are bidding needs to lead on some key HR topics such as engagement, culture change, leadership, employee relations as well as pulling together and challenging key changes being proposed in colleague's plans.

They are in the middle of a due diligence exercise with the next milestone being mid-July.

This is a great meaty project role with an interesting mix of data analysis, internal and external benchmarking, operational as well as strategic approach setting. The July/August work period will be intense as they work towards project deadlines to deliver people plans and evaluate some key initiatives that are proposed for the Franchise. They expect to submit their Bid mid October.

In order to tackle this, you will ideally need experience in TUPEs, unionised work, culture change and employee relations. You will also need to research particular topics, analyse and make recommendations where necessary. Finally, any experience of the European Quality Management/RADAR model would stand you in great stead.
