Description
This team provides a wide range of financial control and reporting services across the business and relating groups. Who are now recruiting a Change Manager to join the Change team.
The team drives and delivers change efficiently and effectively; with minimum risk to Business As Usual services, and that represents the best solution to the Bank.
Receiving many change requests from both within the business unit and from across the wider Banking Group. The role's core responsibility will be to support the initiation, design & delivery of projects or workstreams within larger programmes and/or to manage sponsored projects.
Key activities will be:
1. Supporting the implementation of change management processes eg
* Initial engagement for change requests, managing key stakeholders across the business to ensure their first touch point for such requests is the change team
* Assessment and prioritisation of change requests
* Initiation of project, engaging key SMEs across the internal Banking community
2. Provision of analytical support for projects by understanding & documenting business requirements and facilitating & documenting business solution designs (to include process documentation);
3. Managing individual projects:
* Deliver projects within the agreed schedule, quality and cost.
* Set up the project governance
* Ensure a common understanding of the business needs and the project deliverables
* Establish and implement project processes and controls
* Establish and implement effective risk management processes
* Co-ordinate the resolution of issues and effectively manage and mitigate any risks arising
* Effectively identify and manage interdependence's with other planned change
* Ensure compliance and adherence to Group Polices and Rules and Practices
* Report project progress
* Ensure key stakeholders are identified and effectively managed.
