Description

Contract Administrator - FMCG

My large FMCG client is going through a major transformation with global solutions being developed and deployed with convergence of end market solutions onto shared regional platforms. The delivery of the global and regional solutions requires a high level of delivery management skill to ensure the initiatives deliver to expectations and the risks associated are managed.

To ensure that my client has the appropriate level of people, skills, experience and methods to manage these complex projects, IT is currently reliant on a large number of temporary work force. This organisation will consist of global, regional and end market project delivery managers and a global design and build organisation. Over time this organisation will need to evolve into a structure that balances demand and supply to ensure an effective operating and cost model. Critical to the success of this function will be the raising of the bar in terms of people, capability and working methods, to create a centre of design and build excellence.

ROLE
The Administrator will support the administration of contracts for temporary resources working within IT Projects.

Serves as support to the Contract & Supplier Management function within IT Projects:
* Managing the end to end contract process, from identification & shaping of approval requirements through to contract signature
*Managing internal approval processes according to spend limits
*Creating Purchase orders
*Resolving financial queries
*Managing time recording processes
*Managing Joiners, Movers & Leavers process for contractors & consultants

Previous Administrator experience is essential!
