Electrical Systems Engineering Team Leader
My key client within the engineering sector is looking for an Engineering Team Leader who will have up to 5 direct reports.
Ideally you will have a rail vehicle background but similar disciplines will be considered.
- Accountable for the team delivery of work packages to time, quality and cost.
- Supervision of team members.
- Supporting reliability growth and technical issues arising from service introduction.
- Development of sub-systems teams.
- Team development activities including performance reviews.
This role requires a candidate with the following attributes:
- Strong coordination and planning skills.
- Good communicator and negotiator.
- Ability to appraise issues across multiple projects and multiple disciplines.
- Ability to prioritise tasks.
- Good leadership skills and judgment.
- Proactive approach to solve unplanned or conflicting issues.
- Able to produce management reports and Key Performance Indicators as required.
