Description
Leading financial services company seeks a Compensation Consultant with good knowledge of the annual compensation cycle, bonus/salary reviews and good understanding of MS Excel.
The role will give you responsibility for the management and implementation of compensation programmes across the EMEA region and will be based in London working closely with the Compensation Manager, local HR partners and the Compensation team in the United States.
The initial contract will run for 12 months, however, this is a rolling contract which is very likely to be extended because of the overall size of the programme.
