VERY IMPORTANT: Must have strong presentation skills, strong knowledge of PowerPoint and EXCELLENT communication skills, the right candidate will be presenting to Executive members on a daily basis and will also be leading workshops. Communication is key!

High Level Summary:
Program Management responsible for the building and execution of the new MLM program/service which is currently scheduled to be ready for implementation phase starting in Oct of 2012 (potential pilot in mid to end of Aug). Program Manager will be responsible for managing as well as helping to create end to end programs pertinent to Mobility Life Cycle Management. This Program Manager role includes work around the following core areas: MDM, TEM (Telecom Expense Management), Service Desk, Portal, Contracts, Marketing, Depot.

Some examples of some services (as well as processes) that are being developed through this program include for example creating a golden image, provisioning a device, repair process and engagement of depot type service & security. Also includes work for MDS - a managed service for advanced data capture and mobile computing devices; TEM (Telecom Expense Management) which allows for usage to be tracked; Mobility Help Desk; Portal which allows for management of advanced data capture and mobile computing.

Program Manager will be responsible for the overall management of ensuring this program is successfully ready to start implementation phase for customers in Oct 2012. At a high level this means creating and maintaining the overall Project Plan (which has already been started by the current Prog Mgr), scheduling and leading various status calls (both for Core and Sub-team status calls), submitting weekly status reports via standard PMO template, pulling together bi-weekly Sponsor ppt and leading meeting with Sponsors & Key Stakeholders; leading project workshops. Program Manager also will participate in finalizing requirements, process mapping & documentation. PM may also be required to coordinate activities with 3rd party vendors. Some travel may be required.

Required Experience:
BA/BS degree (preferably in a technical discipline); Masters preferred
PMI Certified
Managed a few large scale projects (at min) - preferably projects similar to this program
Can effectively communicate with all levels of personnel both internal & external (including ability to present overall project status to Sponsors - Senior VP level)
Excellent verbal and written communications
Detail orientated (provides clear and concise status reports etc without a lot of assistance or input required)
Self-starter/Motivated/Great Leader (working with quite a few different groups)
Flexibility on work hours given the global nature of the project (could require early morning and late evening conf calls)
Flexibility to travel if required (frequent travel not required - if any)
Thinks 'outside of the box' and offers up suggestions/alternatives to the team for consideration - not afraid to speak up
Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment (this project is on a fast track!)
Excellent planning, organizing, & time utilization skills
