Description
This position entails full-life cycle recruiting for various professional and union positions. This position will work cross functionally to meet internal customer needs and ensure consistent application of the entire selection process, and related employment law. Will coordinate the recruitment process and will assist with the announcement of positions, the evaluation of job candidates, analyze and document the results of these evaluations, and provide recommendations for selection decisions. This will include: recruit for various position levels, pre-screen applicants, conduct phone and/or in-person behavioral based interviews, assess applicants, determine and prepare recommendations for salary offers.A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Human Resources or related field. A minimum of 3 years recruitment and selection experience is required.
