Support Oracle Planning Network Supply Chain day-to-day business operations.Job Description:
1. Production Support (80%)
a. Monitor Remedy trouble ticketing system and take ownership of issues (both process & system related) arising out of Oracle SCM modules (OM, INV, PO, ASCP, ODP etc) or its interfaces.
b. Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues and promptly updating business community thereof.
c. Be able to apply cross-functional knowledge by using both 11i Front End forms or Toad/SQL Navigator/SQL Plus as needed to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
d. Be able to develop job-aids and conduct small workshops to train users on interim releases, bug fixes or most frequently asked questions.
2. User Acceptance Testing (10%)
a. Be able to develop scenarios and scripts to perform end-to-end manual testing to validate business requirements during scheduled releases.
3. Document Review (10%)
a. Review and sign off on Business Requirements, Functional Design and Testing documents for scheduled releases.
b. Participate in CRP, JAD, and IT development activities
