Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Software Team Lead or Software Manager, to join their rapidly expanding team of .NET Professionals. Successful candidates will have a strong technical ability, mixed with a personable 'hands on' management style.
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in .NET C#: WCF/WPF Fundamentals, Object Orientated Concepts, .NET framework, developing web applications
- Proven experience in managing/leading teams of developers - full management life cycle (reviews, KPI's, Recruitment, training)
- Develop deep understanding of commercial objectives by engaging with relevant project participants and meetings during project planning phase.
- Develop strong relationships across the Technology teams and foster a spirit of teamwork among department and colleagues of other departments.
Desirable:
- Background in Financial services/Banking Domain
- Experience in developing/managing IOS Projects (IPhone/IPad)
