Description
To QC Specialist will focus on product release and the main purpose of this role will be ensuring deadlines are met whilst ensuring compliance of the QC laboratories.
The Key Responsibilities include:
*Ensuring the GcLP framework is maintained and complied with in the labs.
*Product release
*Certificate of Analysis generation
*Analytical result recording
*Audit execution and action close out
*Using metric data to drive improvements
*Design, delivering and assessing fit for purpose training
*Supplier complaint tracking
*Ensuring labs are stocked with in-date consumables, reagents and standards as necessary.
The right candidate:
*Educated to degree level in life science discipline
*Experience of working within a QC laboratory.
*Broad knowledge and experience in a range of analytical techniques
*Thorough knowledge of GcLP
*Computer literate highly beneficial would be LIMS
