Roc Search's client is looking for an interim Solution Architect for a client of mine in the UK and Norway.

This role will be based predominantly out of Oslo, Norway will occasional travel back to their UK base in Hampshire working on an 18 month project. The successful candidate will need an in depth knowledge of OSS (Operational Support Systems) and IBM Netcool. Within this role you will be put on different streams of work dependent on skill set working on top level architecture of networks and radio systems, so a history of pulling all the information together is pivotal.
Essential Skills:
*OSS (Operation Support Systems) experience
*IBM Netcool experience
*Telco experience
*Good communication skills
Desirable Skills:
*Verbal knowledge of the Norwegian language (Fluency would be a bonus)
