My client, a market leading Life and Pensions organisation, is embarking on a project to improve their overall Investor Relations functions in order to maximise business efficiency and profitability as the organisation gains investors. With this in mind, there is now a need for an exceptional Business Consultant who understands the big picture to assist with both strategic and project deliverables. In this role you will be providing input on how to develop an appropriate Target Operating Model for the business to get it where it needs to be. It is imperative that you are a driven and "big picture" candidate who also has a complete understanding of Accounting basic principles and is happy to get to grips with hands on delivery as well as providing strategic input. The ideal candidate will also understand what it means for a business to invest in Life Insurance policies.

To be successful in this role you will need the following skill set:

  • Proven Strategic and Project Change skills- understanding of how to set up and implement an organisational Business Target Operating Model
  • Qualified Accountant and complete understanding of Double Entry Book Keeping, Debits, Credits, US GAAP
  • Background in Life and Pensions highly beneficial- (Unit Linked Funds, Non Profit, With Profit, Policies)
  • Understanding of Finance Systems and Data and how these are affected by institutional change and growth
  • "Big Picture" Organisational Change background allied to hands on delivery and analysis skills
