Growing and well-established company located in Alpharetta has an immediate need for a Web User Interface Designer for a long-term contract. In this role, your first project will be developing a custom, web based, remote monitoring solution for one of their (well-known) customer who wants them to monitor a very large site. The company needs a person to help them design the UI so it works with new and different browsers and device, including Macs, Blackberries, and Desktops HTML, CSS, AJAX etc (look and feel) - if you have coding capability that's a huge bonus.

The big thing is they need someone to come in and figure out the design and make sure everything works properly. They always have new projects coming in, and someone who is motivated and creative will thrive in this position. The company has a relaxed work environment, offers a VERY cool, 21st century work space, and promotes from within.

The UI has the following requirements:

Devices supported:

  • Blackberry phones
  • Mac & Windows desktops
  • Mac, Windows & Android tablets

Browsers:

  • Windows Explorer for Windows versions 8 & 9
  • Windows Explorer for the Mac version 5
  • Safari version 5, Blackberry fluent browser, Chrome version 19, Firefox version 13
  • Approx 6 sites to monitor - each site will have its own brand and relevant information.
  • Application's users would be assigned to one of several pre-defined "roles" that have fixed visibility and action rights.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years web browser user interface designer with experience on the devices and browsers listed above that can help us with designing our remote monitoring system
  • HTML or HTML5, CSS
Beneficial: JavaScript, AJAX, ASP.NET,Database, IIS management
