Description
Siebel Business Analyst required for a leading Telecommunications company based in Luxembourg who are currently upgrading their Siebel CRM. Although the programming will be done in English, there will be a lot of communication with the client so you will need to be able to speak fluent Dutch as well.
As Siebel Business Analyst you will need to have a history working with large Telecommunications companies across Europe, with a comprehensive functional and technical knowledge of Siebel Telco, Siebel Order Management and Siebel Sales. Siebel Marketing is an advantage although not essential. A history of working in Development is a major plus in regards to day to day activities.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to Solution Design and Test Management, as well as helping with the development team and managing clients. Of course, training will be required as part of this role.
The Siebel version being used in this upgrade are Siebel 7.8 and 8.2 so you will need to be confident working with both.Please send an up-to-date Word CV for further information.
