Department Description:

The Professional and Commercial Radios is responsible for developing and maintaining 2-way analog/digital radios and small system communication products used in conventional and trunked markets.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
The Candidate would be part of a development team responsible for the VCO (Receiver) design and development in either the MHz or MHz mobile radio bands. This would involve circuit characterization, optimization and documentation.

Specific Knowledge/Skills:

  • Understanding of communication theory and circuit blocks in a radio.
  • Hands-on work with ATE systems.
  • Ability to test and troubleshoot radio circuits.
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineer.
  • 2+ years experience in hardware/electrical engineering with focus in RF

The manager is looking for people that would actually optimize VCO circuits, perform Testing, take data, troubleshoot problem.
