Web Product Manager French, Dutch and English - E-business
Within the E-business department you will report directly to the e-applications Line Manager.
As Product Manager, you participate in the achievement of strategic and marketing projects in E-business, as a participant or responsible party.
You implement strategic projects aimed at improving the online sales applications and optimizing the end to end processes. You are responsible for benchmark studies and market surveys if necessary. You are viewing the results of the CARE study and the feedback that some of our customers during their visits to our websites. Based on these elements you plan remedial or new actions - or even projects - aimed at the customer online sales experience and promoting the objectives of e-Sales to retrieve E-business for the telecom sites of the client. Together with the various impacted teams you are responsible for monitoring and implementing these plans.
You actively participate in the elaboration of projects for the e-sales department applications of E-business, in collaboration with relevant teams. That means that you are responsible for the analysis as well as the recommendations and discussions with the SPOCs and for developing the detailed business requirements (information architecture, wireframes, etc.). Also you will be able to projects with a vision and long-term management.
You act as SPOC for the various departments involved. You shall ensure that communication is efficient.
You are responsible for the coordination of information in the SPOC of the other departments within or outside E-business, in order to know their needs while the needs of customers and visitors to play.
You possess a thorough knowledge of the web channel, its competitive environment, market trends or practices on the Internet.
You analyze the market trends, record and interpret the behavior trends of visitors to our websites to new opportunities to detect, as well as new relevant actions or projects for the department and its objectives to initiate (CARE & EASE and Sales).
