Our client, a large global telecoms company is looking for an experienced Customer Service administrator for a position based in Southampton.
The key function of the job will be to use system databases to keep track of orders and co-ordinate the delivery of these orders to customers.
Candidates must have strong customer service skills and be experienced with using Microsoft Excel. Any project management experience and strong verbal communication skills will also be useful. Candidates should also have experience working in an office based environment.
