Description
Our client, a leading Global telecommunications organisation, is urgently looking for a Spanish speaking Personal Assistant. The position is to be based from the Slough head office and will see you supporting 2 senior stakeholders within the business.
Main Responsibilities
*Working closely with stakeholders at senior levels, developing and building relationships
*Working with complex data
*Producing Board reporting
*Playing a lead role in cross departmental projects
*Striving to achieve objectives
*Able to demonstrate a high level of literacy in both written and oral Spanish
Key skills required:
*Fluent Spanish speaker
*Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
*Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised
*Ability to prioritise workload.
*Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite
*Great team work and the willingness to provide cover and support to other managers to cover holiday periods and busy times.
This role will suit a candidate with fluent Spanish speaking skills from a busy environment. Work prioritisation and organisation are key along with being able to capture key reporting.
