About the position
We are currently looking for a Project Evaluation Consultant to help understand the project evaluation methodologies and practice in best in class and help to set up an evaluation system.
You will work in an innovative team responsible for Project Evaluation.
The task will be to define suitable measures and also to apply these in actual projects. Focus will be on R&D projects but other areas may be considered. The work will be done in very close cooperation with the Global R and D operation based in China.
Qualifications and experience
To be successful in this role the candidate should have more than 8 years experiences in R&D for Telecommunication or relevant areas.
Expertise in project/product management and operational excellence is required.
We also require knowledge and experience in project performance evaluation, cost models & usage to calculate the project cost.
A Bachelor Degree, Masters in EE, Telecommunication or equivalent or equivalent background is required.
Skills requirements
The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work. The candidate should have a strong feeling and interest for development and to share experiences with others in the team and have a proven capability to pursue creative solutions.
Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred. As we are a global company the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Good social and networking skills to support teamwork in project groups as well as ability to work independently.
Good communication, documentation and presentation skills.
Well organized and structured.
Location
This is a 6 month assignment based in Sweden and there may be a requirement to travel to China.
