Mechanical Sequence Production Engineer - Netherlands - Mechanical Sequence Production Engineer

Introduction
The Twinscan Factory is responsible for the complete production of advanced Twinscan wafer scanners. The department Production Support (PS) is responsible for maintenance and improvement of the production process during volume production. This includes the installation and qualification process at the customer location. Production Support continuously adapts and optimizes the production and installation processes and provides support for the factory. Production Sequence Engineering (PSE) is part of PS and assures a correct sequence on the shop floor.

Job Mission
Delivery of the Mechanical Build sequence for Twinscan scanners: coordination, preparation and factory support to assure successful execution of the sequence on the shop floor.

Job Description
-Mechanical Sequence Production Engineer will Co-ordinate the creation/maintenance on the Mechanical Production Blueprint in which the dependencies between process steps are documented.
- Generate an optimal build sequence based on the Production Blue Print
- Verification of BOM and preparation of material Kits for the shop floor
- Mechanical Sequence Production Engineer will Validation of work preparation in the factory.
- Align your work with our customer: Manufacturing in order to fulfil the factory's requirements
- Align your work with Manufacturing Engineers in order to get an correct input for an optimized sequence
- Cooperate with Industrial Engineering (IE) Sequence Owners to assure correct hand-over of IE deliverables to PSE

Education
Bachelor, master level or equivalent

Experience
Mechanical Sequence Production Engineer must have
- Multiple years working experience (>2 years) and preferably or Manufacturing experience.
- Experience in a production environment with high tech products and complex production processes.
- Experience in the field of Technical Work Preparation is an advantage.

- Pragmatic, initiative, ownership, persistent, pro-active
- Good communication skills, team player
- Mechanical Sequence Production Engineer must have Adequate Dutch and English language skills, written and verbal
- Service orientated and flexible attitude
- Skillful with PC applications

The holder of this position reports to the Group leader Production Support - Production Sequence Engineering (PS-PSE).
