    • Application support:
  • Analysis and resolution of production issues
  • Users support
    • The Programmer creates user and technical guides. The user guides instruct the end-user on how to navigate the database.
    • The Programmer writes test cases and execute test plan.
    • Install, configure, design, and develop using OPX2 from Planisware.
