Description
The position is primarily Incident Management Level 2 and 3 on environmental security and network outages.
The profile is as follows:
-Graduate or equivalence experience
-3 years of experience in support and/or installations of networking/security environments
-Proven working experience in IT systems administration/support/configuration.
-Knowledge on Operating System (Unix/Linux/Windows) and OS Security principle
-Proficient in French & English.
-Strong ability to work in a team, to report and to work under pressure
-Good Communication skills and Customer Oriented
-Cisco CCNA Certification is a plus
-Rigorous and ambitious
-Strong knowledge of Firewall/Antivirus/Antispam/Mailrelay solutions/SSL Gateways/DNS/Load balancing/Switching
-Knowledge of WAN optimisation solutions is a plus
