Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a IT Request Data Analyst based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.

The Job:
- The IT Request Analyst is responsible for the day to day management of the internal request process by ensuring that requests are handled in accordance with the current processes. This includes the sanctioning of costs proposals by obtaining financial approval, recording the approval, capturing costs, approving requests and monitoring budgets
- The role also requires management of hardware stock held both internally and in the warehouses, monitoring usage to ensure sufficient stock available.
- The analyst is the point of contact within the Financial Networks Request Team for queries and escalations. The applicants should have excellent communication skills both written and oral along with the ability to engage at all levels and is able to work under pressure. The analyst must also be able to work on own initiative but also be a good team player
Skills Required:
Essential:
- Experience of working in an administration role
- Experience of working with internal teams and external suppliers
- Experience of data analysis and interpretation
- Experience in finance tracking
- Experience in working to timescales/deadlines
- Experience in Microsoft packages
- An understanding of IT systems and processes
- Remedy desirable but not essential
