Description
My client requires an engineer who can design and implement a Redhat Enterprise solution, which will be replacing 2 existing Servers in France and 2 in Austria. Based at the main client site in Brussels, you will be responsible for writing the documentation and installation plans as well as liaising with the end client, and informing them on your progress.
Your experience will include:
- Email services based on Redhat Enterprise Servers (Linux/Postfix/Bind/Anti-virus/Reporting)
- Communication between applications
- Communication between users
- Integration of services into a monitoring platform (eg Nagios)
- Email notification system based on SMS
- High Level Design
- Low Level Design Kit List
- Kit List
- Test Plan
- Backup solutions
- Migration Plan (if required)
- Staging/Implementation
- Integration into the secure network
- Technical support to the customer
- Handover to a 3rd party
You will be a fluent speaker of English, personable and approachable when dealing with clients. Previous experience and Knowledge of the EU environment on business, functional, technical, and organisational and team perspectives is a pre requisite.
You will travel to meet the clients in Austria and France, but be based in Belgium.
