We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement and Contract Coordinator to work for a large NSW Government organisation. The role is based in Western Sydney and is for an initial period of 3 months, however extensions are likely.

The main responsibilities of this position will include;
  • Ensure alignment of procurement processes with procurement governance framework
  • Contractor engagements - ensuring Procurement requirements are integrated with minimal disruption to the business operations
  • Maintain relationships with internal/external key stakeholders
  • Reporting risks/issues to the Quality & Risk Manager
  • Stakeholder engagement with senior management to understand procurement and contract needs
  • Vendor Account reviews
Knowledge and experience of C100 contracts and the NSW Public Sector is highly desirable
