Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Execution of the Parts Approval Process (PAP) on a basis of Doc 24, Supplier Quality Plan, (SQA responsible for Doc 24) in close cooperation with the Project QA and the Buyer, including close-out of action items.
- Input to supplier specifications: Support PQA in issuing quality section of project requirements (processes) and liaise with engineering to ensure that Q-requirements (product) are considered in system requirements and influence Supplier Selection with a TCO focused cross functional Offer Evaluation including consideration of past Supplier Performance
- Support of the quality part of the Supplier Evaluation & Approval Process (SAA and PAA) and monitoring of special processes at suppliers. Participation in specific cross-functional improvement projects/activities led by Procurement (e.g. TCO activities, Supplier CI workshops and JDDP).
- SQA will initiate and follow up the problem solving activities with suppliers (NCR process, 8D), continuous improvement activities including coaching and drive open items to conclusion (PDCA).
- Special tasks as Weld-, Gluing engineer and special support of different functions like L&D
Ihre Qualifikation
- Good knowledge of key procurement processes
- Experienced in IRIS and other relevant standards
- Good knowledge of Quality planning
- Utilisation of tools like SMIS, SAP, …
- Knowledge of basic Quality skills (standards, tools, …), configuration & change management,
- Profound technical knowledge specific to assigned commodities
- Practical experience of supplier audits (system and process), Parts Approval Process (PAP), Multiple Customer Supplier Relationships
- Expert knowledge of problem resolution/root cause analysis (8D, etc)
- Will have practical experience on quality methods/ tools (FMEA, …)
