Aerotek's client is looking for a number of Project Engineer's with a Mechanical Design bias to join their team on a long term contract basis. The roles will be responsible for liaising with customers on Design Change requests for our client's range of oil and gas products.
They will be responsible for providing support to the field, qualifying and understanding problems, interfacing with the customer and engineering and designing technical solutions to the problems identified. No oil & gas experience is needed as training would be given but the successful candidates must come from a industrial background. The roles sit in the Projects team and 25% of the role would be CAD work therefore the role would involve liaising with the internal design team to co-ordinate bigger design change requests. As a Mechanical Project Engineer you would be responsible for all of the Engineering deliver ables attached to a project and would process Engineering data through the internal management systems.
As there are a number of role available our client is looking for a range of experience from more junior to senior and can be from any industrial background. This is a great opportunity for gaining experience in the Oil & Gas industry from a class leading company.
