Export Administration Support - Activities/Tasks:
The role will be responsible for ensure returned units to customers are compliant with regards to export licenses and laws and the contractual terms between The client and the customers are met.
Supporting Shipment of products both to returns to customers and parts for repair to manufacturers:
- Obtaining information from customers such as End User information
- Liaising with internal stakeholders - providing information
- Customer interaction
- Data administration - recording information in database
- License checking
- Ensuring shipment is compliant will all associated regulations and laws
- Customer Programme Management Support:
- Assistance to CPM, supporting administrative functions, including issuing paperwork; producing ad hoc reports; liaising with internal teams;
Essential Skills
- Good communicator
- PC literate (training will be provided on specific systems)
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to adapt to different tasks quickly (activities will depend on issues arising)
- Confident
- Able to work on own initiative
