Support Coordinator/Admin Duties/Planning and Logistics/Immediate Start/2 Month Contract Rolling

Location: Hampshire

My client is looking for an experienced administrative coordinator to cover duties within our busy Planning & Logistics team.

Purpose:

To provide a seamless and proactive administrative & support service to the Planning & Logistics Team contributing to ensuring the smooth day-to-day deployment of the business and third party SNG trucks, flyaway units and personnel as best fits the requirements of our global customer base.

Key Objectives:

* Responsible for ensuring that all deployments have the necessary clearances and licenses to transmit, also site surveys have been carried out as required and travel and accommodation arranged as appropriate.
* Ensuring that all necessary transmission licenses and authorisations are kept current and renewed as applicable.
* Work with the Coordinators to deliver a professional and excellent service; strive to meet and or exceed customer expectations
* Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and emails
* Ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work.
* Proven experience of multi tasking & co-ordination of multiple tasks
* Must be proactive with a high get-it-done proactive quotient
* As requested, carry out ancillary tasks deemed within your capability Support and implement the company values
* Promote an effective Safety, Health and Environment culture, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment within area of operation
* Clear and strong oral and communications and English language fluency
* Excellent skills in Outlook & Microsoft Excel and & Word
* Excellent team working ability to ensure smooth operation in Recruitment

* Supports specialist's in the department
* Contributes as an individual, or as part of a team or cross functional team
* Provide support to other professionals in functional area
* Required to perform repetitive tasks and solve problems within defined guidelines

* Able to build professional relationships, with exceptional communication skills (both written and oral)
* Excellent planning skills, able to prioritise and coordinate multiple events effectively

* Ability to rapidly assimilate technical/service information and highlight possible trends or areas requiring improvement
* Ability to work under pressure, multi task and use own initiative
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good interpersonal skills when dealing with customer and third parties
* Ability to adapt to in house systems, proactively increasing knowledge and understanding.
* Good keyboard skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook and advanced Excel
