Product Manager - Current Accounts 9 Retail Banking) - Change

Day rate - £350-£450

Retail Banking client requires an experience Product Manager to join a large divestment programme focusing on Personal Current Accounts (PCA). This is a key area of focus so the individual must have strong Current Account knowledge.

The role holder will be part of a small team focused on supporting the Programme to deliver positive outcomes for both retained and divested current account customers.

It is key that the candidate has strong knowledge of the current account market, and experience of working in a product team, preferably within a high street bank.

It is also key that the candidate brings product management skills (understanding customer needs, developing propositions, coordinating product changes, managing internal product records, managing product risk, managing customer communications, managing product teams). Experience of working with different distribution channels would also be beneficial

SKILLS REQUIRED:
*Liaison with all PCA-related workstreams across the Programme, particularly Design Authority, Target Operating Model (TOM), Communications, Current Accounts & Savings
*Coordination of process to ensure all AVA suppliers deliver changes required for divestment - collateral re-branding, replicating data feeds, supplier training & comms
*Provision of PCA related data to support multiple workstreams on request
*Supporting TOM team to create and implement new organisational structure for PCA
*Liaison with Communications and Testing teams to deliver PCA Sign off for customer/staff communications and provide PCA resource for testing activity
*Support Opt Out and Account realignment processes for PCA customers
*Provide SME knowledge on all aspects of PCA products to enable all workstreams to run smoothly
*Provide support for any PCA related issues which emerge through the programme, to ensure successful implementation and minimal impact for current account customers.
