Our client, a leading global CRO, provides a comprehensive range of services in Phase I-IV clinical trials to the biopharmaceutical and device industries. They are currently seeking a Facilities Administrator for an 18 month contract at their Manchester location.

JOB ROLE:
The Facilities Administrator will assist in maximising the efficiency of the facilities and administrative services.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES include:
Reception duties
Monitor and respond to requests submitted through administration helpdesk
Assist in the ordering and tracking with all office supplies
Processing and coding of invoices through the financial system
Co-ordinate and liaise with central travel department on business travel arrangements
Management and distribution of communication

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Strong administration and coordination experience
Ideally facilities environment experience

PERSONAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
Microsoft Office Suite
Good communication skills both written and verbal with fluency in English
Excellent organisation skills
Good Interpersonal skills
