This large Finance organisation is looking for a Senior Process Analyst who will develop both technology and process solutions and deliver them successfully to the business. You will provide input in identifying and defining business direction and to understand the implications it may have on existing processes and to make sure any changes meet compliance regulations.

Working closely with external and internal stakeholders you will be responsible for creating business requirements using appropriate methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, visual storyboard s, business process design and prototyping. You will analyse and document the current process and will review functional and design specifications. You will document complex business and IT processes with an aim of improvement and compliance.

To succeed you will need previous experience as a Senior Process Analyst with core skills in process mapping. You will also have gap analysis and process analysis on large scale IT and Business based projects. You will have a background working on process design, process mapping and process modelling and have strong relationship management skills across the software development life cycle.
