A Leading Financial Institution is seeking a Senior Change Analyst where you will be responsible for working across a large program, where you will be helping drive cultural and IT change, this will go across people, process, policy and technology.

As the Senior Change Analyst you will be working with SME's to ensure all necessary change initiatives are made and are consistent across all areas and they to meet business, budget and schedule objectives. You will work within a change management framework. You will produce appropriate communication pieces for all aspects of this change process to suit the audience. You will also plan the training, methodology and approach of the change.

To be considered for this role you will have the following

  • Previous experience in a Senior Change Analyst role
  • Knowledge of Change Management models and concepts including, Change readiness, Communications Strategies and Governance models
  • Previous experience developing impact analysis
  • Prefer previous experience Finance industry
  • Experience engaging with key stakeholders an, preferably Wealth Management
  • Stakeholder engagement skills with SME's to ensure projects are well supported
  • Management of Change Management plans and communication materials
