To be considered for these roles you will have a combination of the following:
- A minimum of 8 years experience in managing the design and development of application based projects in a mixed environment
- Have exposure to Unix, JEE, JAVA, TICBO SOA, Oracle Weblogic and SQL
- Proven ability to exercise agile methodologies
- Past experience managing small-medium development teams
- Ability to meet deadlines and provide accurate forecasts for delivery
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Federal Government would be beneficial but NOT required
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage the delivery of IT applications to support the departments business processes
- Ensure delivery schedules are aligned with project schedules
- Provide accurate reports to project management personnel
- Oversee and ensure that all software quality controls are implemented and standards are met
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
