Our client is a well-known outsource provider

Our client requires a number of case handlers to support a remediation programme involving processing a large number of customer complaints against Payment Protection Insurance (PPI). The case handlers will be responsible for either the review and decision making stage or the calculation and redress stage. Case handlers will be required to achieve set targets within their team as well as delivering high level customer service.

Candidates must have experience of handling complaints relating to Payment Protection Insurance. You will have experience of the review and decision making process and/or the calculations and redress process. The ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and will be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage time and handle large workloads effectively is essential.

Candidates MUST be available to attend an assessment centre on 3rd July with a view to starting the position within two weeks of that date.
