SUMMARY:Our client is implementing a global SAP ERP solution to consolidate processes, systems and data currently held across multiple systems. The role of the SAP UAT Lead will involve overall ownership of the UAT phase, from planning, test script creation, data setup and overall UAT team management.
The ideal candidate should be able to engage with multiple levels within business and IT ranging from executive through analyst, and should have a strong business-based UAT background ideally including experience with SAP. The following modules are being implemented - PS, PPM, HR, ESS and BI, and the solution will be interfaced to an existing SAP Business One system for Finance.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Active participant in roll-out of SAP - from design, testing and implementation to go-live.
- Gain an understanding of the industry and business requirements
- Act as Lead for UAT phase, project manage UAT to completion.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent (IT)
- Project Management or Business Analysis Certification beneficial
- Min 6 years solid UAT lead experience
SKILLS
- You must have working on an SAP ERP implementation.
- Experienced in one or more of the following SAP modules: PS, PPM, HR, ESS, BI
- Strong technical writing ability - use cases and test cases
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into functional requirements
- High tolerance for fast pace and change. Good verbal/written communication skills; influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
- Strong organization and facilitation skills.
