IT Networks/CRM Senior Project Manager Consultant & Support - Russian Speaker - Moscow - Permanent Role

I am urgently looking for a Senior Project Manager Consultant & Support - Russian Speaker to work in Russia - Moscow. My client is one of the pioneer in prepaid billing it provides Billing and Customer Care systems (BCC) to mobile operators for fifteen years, including launching the world's first GSM prepaid billing system in the world.

The Senior Project Manager Consultant & Support MUST BE FULLY FLUENT in Russian language and very flexible to travel around the world, because the profile will be:

*Being recognised in the company as an expert which anticipate on internal and external business challenges.
*Reports to Team Lead and works as part of a practice team
*Works within a designated Orga Systems product or application practice area
*Works closely with Client Managers, other Practice members and Presales
*Works alongside Partners and other third party organizations as required
*Works towards a utilisation target, and with designated clients for qualified opportunities
*Interacts with and works alongside the Client team, at customer site as/when required
*May lead a team to solve unique and complex problems on the situation

Key attribute: strong technical focus with management focus

Responsabilities:

*Presenting application of complex solutions and persuade clients to follow the solution
*Gathering requirements information for qualified opportunities with designated clients
*Reviewing invitations to tender and advising in the context of the practice area
*Review of proposals to ensure they reflect the capability of the practice of own discipline
*Contributing to the development and strategy of own discipline
*Assisting in the development of a comprehensive implementation plan by depth and breadth expertise to solve complex problems
*Assisting the Sales organization to get agreement of implementation plan with significant risk
*Proactively facilitate knowledge distribution of own discipline
*Lead practice team or programs with significant risk to archive milestones or objectives

Technical Expertise:
*Not less than 7 years of experience
*Is experienced in taking over the lead of group of people.
*Is experienced in taking over the technology responsibility.
*Be expert with depth and/or breadth expertise in one or more specific technology areas (like IT network, high availabile cluster, administration of oracle, unix), hardware specifics, CRM (Siebel), JBoss, Performance tuning (Oracle, Unix), back & recovery or Storage/SAN.
*Very good skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, active listening, problem solving, decision taking and leading teams.
*Lead by management expertise

Knowledge:
*knowledge in more than two of the products.
*Knowledge of delivery methodology, requirements analysis and test methodology.
*Good knowledge of requirements analysis and test methodology.
*Very good domain specific knowledge (eg Telecom domain (billing, rating, reporting, payments, networking)

*Act as the design authority and owner of the discipline application configuration
*Translate customer requirements into deliverable products and services
*Represent professionally the company to clients, partners and other third parties
*Follow and maintain the Project Plan
*Proactively maintain knowledge
*Lead by expertise

Salary/Package

The salary offered is according to the Seniority of Profiles in addition to a cracking package
