Workspace Technical Specialist (Master/Packaging) - near Grenoble, France - French and English speaking.

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Workspace Technical Specialist.

- SYSTEM SCRIPTING (POWERSHELL, VBS ) 3 OU 4

- APPLICATION PACKAGING 2
- Taches et responsabilites
- Ensure the level 2 & 3 support for all sites
- Provide technical support to the internal IT team for the Workspace environment
- Define all operational procedures for any new software installed on the workstations
- Create/update applications packaging
- Update of the Workspace image to keep it up to date
- Define all operational procedures for any new software installed on the workstations
- Tests the new software/New tool
- Implement Workstations changes following the process in place (Ex: software updates deployment)
- Improve the constellium master in place
- Coordinate the packages development with the SMS/SCCM technical specialist
- Work on problem management with our key partners
- Provide a high level of service support following the service level agreement defined to meet or exceed customer needs
- Participate in multi-stream project when required
- Participate to definition and improvement of standards (Software + Hardware)
Other Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in application packaging and deployment is required.
- Excellent experience in system Scripting (Powershell, vbs, )
- English: fluent writing and oral capabilities required
- French: fluent writing and oral capabilities required
- Ability to operate in a complex global structure
- Good understanding of others Infrastructure domains
- ITIL Certification is a plus
