Electronics Design Engineer - Hardware Electronics - Longterm Contract - West Midlands.
Key: Electronics Design Engineer, Analogue Design, Digital/FPGA technology, PCB Design, VHDL OR Verilog desirable.
My longstanding global leading client urgently requires the services of an experineced Electronics Engineer/Hardware Engineer to join their cutting-edge technology & R&D team working on an exciting new project.
The successful Electronics/Hardware Design Engineer will be required to have the following experience:
* Analogue electronics design experience
* Experience with digital/FPGA technology
* Experience in PCB design & specification
* VHDL/Verilog experience preferred
* New Product Introduction
* Fault finding and solutions
This is more of an Anlogue Design focus rather than Digital/FPGA - Only an appreciate of Digital/FPGA Technology is required!
Scope of Work:
Flexible engineer with involvement in the following activities:
* Devise test circuits, build and test prototypes
* Custom design of commissioning test equipment
* PCB testing
* Raising specifications/technical reports
* Design datasheets
* Firmware (desirable)
* Investigate failed units/components
* Liase with component suppliers
