CISCO ISC Engineer with EVC Background
My client is looking for a CISCO ISC Engineer with EVC Background to be based in Long Island for a 6 months rolling contract.
Ideal candidate MUST have:
- EVC (Ethernet Virtual Circuit) strong experience
- ISC strong background
- Clarity, Metasolv, Cramer knowledge
Main responsibilities:
- Support Client in all CRS3 Service migrations (L3VPN, L2VPN and Traffic Engineering modules of ISC(now called PrimeFulfillment)
- Go to customer location and be on site on daily basis
- Support all modules of ISC used by Client (Traffic Engineering, MPLS, L2VPN, Templates, Infrastructure)
- Attend change control windows to support Client on service migrations and other deployments in ISC
- Handle all customer cases raised by Client and be one of the primary contacts for TAC team.
- Prepare MOPs and other documentation on service migrations and share it with Client
- Perform basic testing of all features of ISC upgrades in Client before they are installed in the production.
- Provide any other support related to ISC in Client lab and production
