Commercial Assistant
Camberley
9 Months Contract (Part Time)
Monday to Friday 9am 2.30pm.
Our client, a leading global engineering company are currently recruiting a PART TIME commercial assistant to join their expanding team in Frimley on a 9 month fixed term contract.
As a commercial assistant you will provide support managed equipment services commercial function, mainly targeted to reduce aged debtors and ensure that overdue vendor invoices are kept to a minimum.
The successful candidate will have experience administering invoicing processes therefore a keen eye for detail is essential for this role. You will have a working knowledge of MS Office packages including Excel, outlook and Word. Exposure to SAP would be desirable, as would an aptitude to work with financial information.
This part time role will be working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am 2.30pm.
Some travel to other UK sites will occasionally be required.
