Service Delivery Consultant/Manager - Card/Payments, IT, Technology Projects
My client is a leading financial services organisation, urgently requiring strong proven delivery experience gained within Payments and IT related environments.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience co-ordinating the delivery of technology -based deliverables
- Experience working with resources across multiple technical areas (eg Operations, Development, Architecture, Engineering) on payment service delivery projects
- Ability to make decisions easily on complex issues and communicate these effectively
- Experience creating/managing detailed plans of technical deliverables on multiple projects
- Proven people management skills must be team and results focussed
- Payment Service & IT Industry experience
- Ability to explain complex service/project issues in a business context to technical and non-technical audiences and experience to spot potential delivery issues early on before they impact
- Highly motivated with the tenacity to ensure the delivery of all technology projects assigned to them
- Proven technical problem management on technology delivery programmes
- Ability to maintain a calm exterior and be resilient in high-pressured project delivery environments
