Our client is a digital-age calibre marketing enterprise with an excellent contract opportunity for a Marketing Campaign Manager.

This position is responsible for defining, developing and implementing consumer marketing campaigns. This position drives strategic marketing programs and initiatives from development, execution and value creation. This position requires good communication and analytical skills that can be utilized to partner with the business areas to develop and analyze long and short-term plans for continued operational success. The role requires strong cross functional partnership to align on value propositions and overall marketing calendar elements, with marketing planning and analysis on potential promotion/pricing strategies, business tracking and analysis, with Consumer Insights on consumer understanding, and with the new products team on product roadmap.

OVERVIEW

  • Works with creative merchandising and advertising along with the CRM agency on creation of best value propositions and overall marketing calendar
  • Develops the Business Casing for campaigns which includes creating a forecast, determining ROI, EBITA, and expected revenue numbers
  • Provides direction on customer segmentation and appropriate marketing channel (e-mail, DM, phone, mobile)
  • Assists in planning, designing and implementing opportunities for improvement in loyalty and churn initiatives by collaborating with other departments and conducting analytics
  • Partners with various business owners to promote relevant products and services
  • Partners with consumer insights and marketing planning and analysis to understand customer needs, wants and behaviors to create effective marketing programs/campaigns that drive customer growth, revenue, customer experience, and loyalty
  • Supports group-level marketing plan development and execution efforts
  • Prepares presentations for various audiences ranging from peers to executive level Also responsible for other duties as assigned by business management as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five to seven years' experience, preferably in the wireless/telecommunications space, including experience with consumer research and turning analysis into insights
  • 3+ years marketing strategy and program management/implementation experience including partnering with creative merchandising, advertising, sales, finance, and operations leadership
  • Must have the ability to interact with people with various levels of experience across the company's business units
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy
  • Understanding of post-campaign reporting and results and ability to analyze revenue impacts
  • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills to successfully communicate ideas and recommendations to all levels within an organization and achieve objectives
  • Strong ability to develop marketing plans and business cases and communicate succinctly its value propositions
  • Solid track record in leading others in the development and implementation of key marketing strategies including cross-functional teams, external partnership and senior level leadership
  • Experience with developing and managing vendor and agencies relationships to execute marketing programs and activities
  • Solid business knowledge as it relates to wireless communications and consumer electronics
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other standard office computer applications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA preferred
